No. We are not a shelter, emergency housing provider, or transitional shelter. We offer independent housing with structure and house rules.

Do you provide medical care or supervision?

No. We do not provide medical care, clinical supervision, personal care services, or 24-hour staff support.

Who is your housing designed for?

Our housing is designed for high-functioning, independent adults who can manage daily living on their own.

We primarily serve communities in Pennsylvania, with housing availability based on current openings.

We serve:

What populations do you NOT serve?

We do not serve individuals who:

• Require medical, psychiatric, or clinical care
• Require 24-hour supervision

QUESTIONS FROM CASE MANAGERS & AGENCIES

Do you accept referrals from case managers and agencies?

Yes. We welcome referrals from case managers, social workers, hospitals, reentry programs, veteran organizations, and community agencies.

Is case management required?

No, but case management is strongly encouraged, especially for residents transitioning from homelessness, incarceration, or hospitals.

Do residents need guaranteed income?

Yes. Residents must have verifiable or guaranteed income or a clear plan for income.

What types of income do you accept?

We commonly accept:

• Employment income
• Agency-funded rent support

Do you accept HUD or VASH vouchers?

Our housing is primarily non-voucher based. Acceptance depends on the property and placement terms.

Is there an application or intake process?

Yes. All potential residents go through a screening and intake process to ensure a good fit.
